Washington, D.C., April 7, 2021 – LifeCents, a financial wellness software company, today announced that the company was selected as a finalist for the 2020-2021 Moxie Award in the Financial Services category. The Moxie Award recognizes companies, non-profits and associations from the DC Metro Area for having demonstrated boldness and innovation as an integral part of their growth strategy.

LifeCents was recognized for the Moxie Award, in part, due to the company’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic and its efforts to help consumers navigate the many challenges that have threatened their financial security. Specifically, since March 2020, the Company has launched multiple financial wellness initiatives aimed at helping curb the impact of COVID-19 for some of our nation’s most vulnerable and underserved populations.

Winners of the 2020-2021 Moxie Award will be announced at the Annual Moxie Award Ceremony and dinner on October 13, 2021. All finalists will be evaluated on their innovation, growth, industry leadership, community service and local achievements by a judging panel comprised of local business leaders.
